For a learning question, include the year group, subject, week and session. For a technical problem, include the page URL, device, browser and what happened. This helps us understand the issue without asking for unnecessary personal information.

Account and privacy requests

You can export your family data or delete your account in parent settings. For a request you cannot complete yourself, contact the same email address. Never email a password or recovery code. The current recovery flow uses the saved recovery code; email reset links are not enabled.
